I visited on Saturday, 7/25, around 2:00 PM and had a generally good experience. The staff member who took care of me was attentive and skilled, and she kept asking if i was OK. I did need to ask her to be gentler while combing my scalp, as I deal with dandruff and inflammation that makes my scalp tender overtime.

My only discomfort came at checkout when I left a 20% tip on the $78 first-time customer rate. My stylist looked visibly unhappy and made me feel awkward and guilty about the amount. I thought tipping amount is “optional” and I always tip at least 20% in general.

I will be back because my scalp feels clean and will tip her the original price next time. I hope management ensures fair pay so staff don't have to rely heavily on tips.
